A defined, feeder-free maintenance medium for pluripotent stem cell culture
PluriQ™ G9 Maintenance Medium is a highly defined feeder-free cell culture medium that provides a xeno-free growth environment for the feeder-free maintenance and expansion of human embryonic stem cells (hESC) and human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC). The PluriQ™ G9 Maintenance Medium contains all of the essential components ( base medium and supplements) required to keep cells alive, growing and healthy after reprogramming, and backed by the stringent PluriQ™ quality standards that set MTI-GlobalStem apart from competitors. Each lot of medium is pre-qualified to ensure consistent cell culture performance.
Easily maintain reprogrammed pluripotent cells in culture
The PluriQ™ G9 Maintenance Medium kit creates the ideal cell culture environment for expanding and maintaining human ES and iPS cells in culture. Stem cells are seamlessly transitioned to the PluriQ™ G9 Medium for hESC/hIPSC Maintenance following reprogramming in the PluriQ™ G9 Medium system for reprogramming (GSK-9001). PluriQ G9™ is compatible with vessels coated with vitronectin, Matrigel®, Geltrex®, or Laminin-521.
